WE CARE FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR HALLS

Modular halls are a solution which is significantly cheaper than traditional tent halls. However, this does not mean any corners are cut when it comes to safety. We take special care for the safety of our halls, from top-quality materials, to compliance with all standards of safe installation. Our modular halls have all required approvals, which confirm the safety of their structures and materials.

Our priority is safety of use, therefore we use a series of solutions ensuring the stability and resistance of the hall to fluctuating weather conditions. As for modular halls, we have also prepared a Hall Handbook, which will guide you through all the rules for the safe use and assembly of the hall. See how we take care of the safety of our halls.

DESIGN

  • We do our best to meet expectations of the investor.
  • At the design stage, each and every element, even the smallest one, is designed in compliance with applicable technical standards and regulations, according to good building practices.
  • Many years of experience on the market help us consciously and reliably design our structures.
  • As we do it, we use software which allows us to analyse all elements of the hall and choose proper anchoring.

PRODUCTION

First of all – welding certificates:

  • Thanks to the TÜV Rheinland certificate, we obtain the CE mark, required by the EU regulation no. 305/2011.
  • Based on the certificate of the In-house Production Control according to PE-EN 1090, every product comes with the declaration of performance. It is required under the Act on compliance assessment and market surveillance systems of 13 April 2016 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 542) – without this declaration, the supervision inspector may not accept the hall. It was not considered before but since 2018 the state budget provides for penalties due to the lack of this declaration.

Second of all – quality of raw materials:

  • We construe this term as a class of materials used for the production of our halls, quality of workmanship and ultimately high standard of assembly. To standardise our requirements pertaining to quality, we have developed and implemented the Quality Management System at our company. This is nothing else than a series of instructions, procedures and provisions related to virtually every single stage of hall production.

Third of all – only tried-and- tested suppliers

ASSEMBLY

  • Compliance with good building practices and applicable building code
  • Work ethics – we are always motivated by loyalty, reliability, honesty and firmness at everything we do
  • Observance of OSH rules – on the premises of our facility and during the installation works (all our assembly employees use equipment which is regularly tested, and have necessary examination certificates and licences to perform such works)
